Return & Refund Policy

We want the kit to be right on your bike. If something is wrong, we'll fix it. Email support@nytronlights.com and we'll take care of it.

Defective, damaged, or wrong item

Check your order when it arrives. If the kit is defective, arrived damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Send a short photo or video showing the issue — this is usually all we need to verify it.

For a confirmed defect or shipping error, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You won't need to ship anything back to us. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

Change of mind

If you simply change your mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work out the best option. Because every order ships from and returns to our warehouse in China, sending a kit back is slow and expensive — often more than the item is worth. So for change-of-mind returns we'll usually offer one of two faster solutions:

  • Store credit or a partial refund with no need to ship anything back, or
  • A full refund once the kit is returned to our facility in China, in unused condition and original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping in this case.

Most riders prefer the first option. We'll always tell you which makes more sense for your situation.

Warranty

The kit carries a 1-year warranty on the strips and a 2-year warranty on the controller, covering manufacturer defects under normal motorcycle use. This is separate from the return window above — see our Warranty page for full details.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. The kit must be returned unused and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping to our warehouse in China. Once we receive and inspect it, we'll issue your refund.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, we'll process it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen your refund, email support@nytronlights.com.
