Return & Refund Policy

We want the kit to be right on your bike. If something isn't, email support@nytronlights.com and we'll take care of it.

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Ride with it for up to 90 days from delivery. If it's not for you, send the complete kit back within 90 days of delivery and we'll refund the full price once it arrives.

• The kit can be installed. Used tape and alcohol pads are fine, but the return must include the controller, all 8 strips, the cables and any free gifts that came with your order.
• In the US, we email you a prepaid return label, and $10 for the label is deducted from your refund.
• Outside the US, we'll send you the return address, and return shipping is at your cost.
• Your refund is issued once the kit arrives at our returns center.
• A kit that is damaged or missing parts can't be refunded in full.

Defective, damaged or wrong item

If your kit arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us with a photo or video. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't need to send anything back.

Warranty

The kit carries a 2-year warranty on every electronic part, the controller, the strips and the harness, covering manufacturing defects under normal motorcycle use. If a part fails, send us a short photo or video and we'll replace it free, with no deduction and nothing to send back.

European Union and United Kingdom

If your order ships to the EU or the UK, you can also cancel within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Return the kit unused and in its original packaging. You pay the direct cost of return shipping, and we refund your order, including the original standard delivery charge, once we receive it.

Refunds

Refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days of the kit arriving, or of your refund being approved. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post it. If 15 business days have passed and you haven't seen it, email support@nytronlights.com.
